    Hi, I’m wondering if anybody can help me.

    If I add a tracking number (with “mark as completed”) already ticked, the customer gets a completed order email, but the status in woocommerce orders still says processing, it doesn’t update to completed.

    The order notes say ” order status changed from processing to completed” but it doesn’t actually change to completed.

    Any ideas? The plugin is perfect for what I need, I’d just like to fix this one issue pleaseeeeeeeeee

    Hi, We checked this but we can’t replicate this issue. Maybe you have a conflict with another plugin. Try to deactivate all other plugin and just activate WooCommerce and AST and try this.
