    Good Morning,

Appreciate the simplicity of this plugin, especially only running a couple of programs/courses.

I’m just in the middle of working through some kinks and was hoping you cann provide some documentation or support for the following items.

    1) The cluevo-progress bar – How does this pickup completions? It seems to work for some items, but not all. Is this an export setting I need to adjust on the articulate rise side? Or is does this have to do with the competencies/required levels and or points?

    2) I’m trying to get the certificate to only show up once a user has gone through the other 5 modules. I think I’ve set this up correctly, but it still shows up for all users currently.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello shecreates,

the progress-bar is calculated from the score the user has achieved in the scorm module, so this depends on the score the module reports back to the lms.

I think the thing with the dependencies is something we haven’t anticipated if I understand it correctly. The way it’s currently set up is that dependencies are always displayed if the user has the permissions. If I understand correctly, you want the certificate hidden until the user has fulfilled the dependencies, right? That would definitely make sense, and we’ll try to get this into one of the upcoming updates.

Great, that makes complete sense regarding my first question. I will add the rest of my quizzes to the rise modules and re-upload.

Correct me if I’m wrong then, but this trigger is set to only pick up the first instance? If a user were to retake, it won’t update the percentage if they did better the second time?

As for the second question. That would be great, yes hidden until the user has fulfilled dependencies. Looking forward to hearing back from your team in the future.

Appreciate the quick help, very refreshing.

Sorry for the late reply, but I had to double check this first.

Just to clarify: there are actually two progress values at play: lms item progress and module progress. An lms item is any item that is not a module and the progress for these elements is calculated from the children of these items. So, if a course has three modules and the user has completed one module, the progress for this course is at one third.
For modules the progress is determined by the score the scorm module reports and if the user has completed the module multiple times it should always take the users best attempt as the progress. So, if a user starts a new attempt but doesn’t reach the previous attempt’s score the previous progress should stay. Once he gets a higher score the progress should update to this new best attempt.

I’m closing this issue as there hasn’t been an update in a while. Feel free to open another issue if any further problems arise.
