ComplianZ lock theme install required plugins option

Hi,

We use Bridge for WordPress. A very experimented theme with a lot of users. We have seen the Complianz plugin locks the install required plugins options of the admin dashboard. We need to disable complianz plugin to see the option in the panel.

We have disabled the integration features, and same result.

What can we do?

With complianz enabled, we see a 403 error in the log of apache when we try to enter into required plugins webpage.

Hi @metainnova,

Does it work with the Cookie Blocker disabled?

Could you copy/paste your browser console data when entering the page, and when able a debug log? https://complianz.io/debugging-issues-with-complianz/

This will help us have a better look.

For a 403 error, I would think of a server related issue with authorization, maybe try emptying your cache, some browser extensions or firewall settings.

Hi. With version 4.1.1, no problem. With latest complianz version, problem happens.

Clearly, you have a bug. We will send you the debug file to correct it.

We have just send the debug, but only a deprecated php function alert is seen in it.

Hi @aahulsebos

Bridge theme requires valid license, and make registration to enable all features. For that reason, we can’t provide you the theme.

If Complianz team want to reproduce the problem, you will take into consideration acquire one valid license or contacting the theme support team to ask for a develop license.

We renamed a function, which is a shared function to install required plugins. It now works during testing, the new update will resolve this. It will be on Github soon if you want faster access: https://github.com/rlankhorst/complianz-gdpr/tree/TGM-function-prefix
