 * Sounds like your missing one of the libraries that the GeoIP code requires, try
   disabling the GeoIP code and see if it works.

 * I’ve noticed your new update which contained this:
 * “Added: Check for PHP’s Safe Mode as the GeoIP code does not function with it
   enabled.”
