 * Hi guys! Honestly, your plugin is amazing, really good job! 🙂
 * However, I try to create a registration form on my website and I need some fields
   to be hidden unless a specific element of a dropdown list is selected.
 * I also would like to display some fields on the same line. For example name and
   forename on the same line.
 * Do you know I can address these two issues?
