 * I would like to include the text relating to a selected Conditional Field in 
   the email:
 * I have a subscription form that enables members to pay by cheque, bank transfer,
   cash, etc.
 * If they select ‘bank transfer’, I want to include the conditional text associated
   with their selection (which includes bank account name, account code, IBAN, etc.)
 * How can I achieve this?
