Conditional logic in e-mail

Hi,

I have tried to apply the conditional logic in the e-mail that is being sent, but this is unfortunately not working for me.

I have these options:

show [group-alarmopvolging-b] if [alarmopvolging] equals "Personenalarmering met minimaal 2 sleuteladressen i.c.m. Oproepbare Zorg van Vérian. Dit is alleen mogelijk als u geen zorg(indicatie) heeft van een andere zorgorganisatie."
show [group-alarmopvolging-c] if [alarmopvolging] equals "Personenalarmering met minimaal 2 sleuteladressen i.c.m. Oproepbare Zorg van een andere zorgorganisatie. Zij dienen 24 uur bereikbaar te zijn." 

And the following in my e-mail:

[group-alarmopvolging-b]
Test -B
[/group]

[group-alarmopvolging-c]
Test -C
[/group]

And the e-mail displays exactly the same:

[group-alarmopvolging-b]
Test -B
[/group]

[group-alarmopvolging-c]
Test -C
[/group]

So both the tags and the value/content within the groups are visible, no matter which option is selected.

Am I missing something here?
