 * We are trying to create something like this for a client

 * Does anybody know a plugin that could recreate something like this.
 * I am aware that the original is probably something bespoke, but something basic
   that could highlight a column or reveal something at the top of the column saying‘
   we recommend’ would be suffice.
 * I attempted it using conditional logic in Gravity Forms (`http://signature.seriouslygoodmarketing.
   co.uk/form-test/`) but because there’s about 30 possibilities, it creates a very
   long and complicated form which would take ages to update if they wanted something
   changing.
