 * Trying to get all day events to just display a title as rest of fields are irrelevant.
   Conditional shortcodes set as below. Makes no difference to display as times 
   are still shown. What am I doing wrong?
 * [event-title]
 * [if-not-all-day]
 * Starts: [start-time]
    Ends: [end-time]
 * [if-location]
    Location: [location] [/if-location] [if-description]
 * Description: [description]
    [/if-description]
 * [if-not-all-day]
