# Conditional Ticket Fields

 * Hi. Can you explain how I can create conditional ticket fields? For example, 
   if someone chooses a value from a drop-down, then a new mandatory field is exposed,
   otherwise it is not exposed and not mandatory. Thank you.

 * the problem with this solution is that you have put <br> breaks between each 
   of the fields instead of using CSS. So if you have 10 fields that you want to
   hide, then you have 10 breaks until the next visible box, which looks terrible.
 * Anybody else facing this problem should remove the <br> on line 202 of wsdesk-
   premium/views/shortcodes/crm_support_new.php
