 * Hello, I have a problem with Conditional Visibility.
 * When I put two rules joined with an “and” operator, my field starts showing as
if I’ve put an “or” operator between them. So only one of the rules needs to
be met for a field to start showing, while I need both of the rules to be met
in order to show my wanted field.
 * Also it seems that documentation website for this plugin is down, and I couldn’t
find any info how Conditional Visibility should actually be used. I found after
some testing that under “Value” field for each rule you should be putting “option_value:
   option_text”.
