Have you spoken to your hosts about this? I suspect the issue is at their end.
Thanks a lot for your answer!
I think so. But they say don’t have support of WP.
I revised folders/file permissions but everything’s all right. It seems to be ok in control panel.
The fact is if I open ‘plugins.php’ directly in file manager of control panel: loop reinitialiting. But can edit the file using DirectAdmin editor.
Thanks!
Thinking it could be because of hosting server, how can server produce this kind of error reading plugins.php file? All blog works well.
Thanks again.
@artmannew: please don’t multipost.
The problem appear last week when server changed Control panel page access from ‘admin.ran.es’ to ‘sanjosehfi.es:2222’.
That’s really an issue with the host; you need to talk to them again. Control Panel changes like that won’t change anything in WP.
If the actual URL of your site changed because of changes made at ran.es, then yes, there will need to be changes in WP. But hopefully, the host isn’t going to change your URL without telling you or redirecting on their end.
Thanks for yor answer, songdogtech. Sorry because my multipost: I didn’t find my first post. Sorry again.
The problem is that I have talk twice with server, and I don’t know what to say more. They only changed control panel url to everybody (I think). But I can try ask them to revert this change (I suppose they can’t or want, but I’ll try).
Server say to me that the problem is WP is trying to re-write url and is redirectioning to some point that causes this issue.
I would like to know if I can change something in some place of WP code in order to WP ‘know’ control panel url change.
I saw are references in line ‘ftp_credentials’ table wp-options of my database (appears admin.ran.es, but problem isn’t solved if I change it to ‘sanjosehfi.es:2222’).
Are more references like this in database? The problem appears when my site try to open ‘plugins-install.php’.
Thanks for your useful help!
