Configuration Errors To My Site

hello sir, i was getting AMP related issues in my website in google search, i asked about that to my theme provider they told me its related to yoast and i need to configure “organization name” and “organization logo” in yoast plugin, they provided me the below screenshot, kindly take a look at that and suggest me how i can make these changes?
