# Configuration setup

 * We have installed the [GLS WooCommerce plugin](https://wordpress.org/plugins/gls-shipping-for-woocommerce/)
   and completed all the required configuration details (GLS Delivery to Address).
 * However, when we attempt to place an order during checkout, we receive the following
   errors in the browser console:

 * this seems like a conflict with some other plugin as we do not have any connection
   with ip-api.com platform.
