Configuration Trouble

    I am receiving this message: “This plugin is not configured with a valid Constant Contact account.” I’ve version 2.4.1.

    Is there a fix for this; it was working just fine a couple days ago. I’ve reset my username and password for CC and it’s still not accepting the credentials.

    Please help.

    I have been happy with this plug-in until now (had it for about a year). Suddenly I am having the same error message and my opt-in form is now gone. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, tried plugging in username and passwords of other active Constant Contact accounts, same error message. It’s not on my end…

    What happened?

    I am having the same problem today after updating wp, the sign up form is not showing up and the plugin will not accept my constant contact credentials, is there a fix, deactivating and reactivation the plugin doesn’t help, hoping to keep the plugin, was working great,
