# Configuring for uploads?

 * I don’t remember getting a prompt for setting the upload directory. I have WordPress
   installed and running but where do I go to change the value that is pointing 
   to: “/home/your/site/wordpress/images/”?

 * Thanks I found that but I still get an error when trying to insert am inamge.
   It says invalid base directory. Is it not seeing the absolute path correctly?

 * Yeah tried the recommended paths. I think I saw a small applet that would tell
   you the absolute path on a shared server, I’ll see if I can find that to see 
   if it’s masking something.

 * Well so far I ahve been able to get it to work under the recommended path only.
   No big deal I guess. Thanks for the help guys.
