There are many things that can effect your email delivery rates, and adding a BCC to each email won’t mean you can be sure the user ever received their copy of the email.

If you’re having trouble with email delivery, I’d recommend you take a look at the checklist in the FAQ to help you determine the source of the problem. Most of the time this is related to the email server configuration.
