Confirmation message

    Hello

    When sending, the form loads the spinning wheel and never stops or shows the confirmation message. Messages are sent and received , but sender is unaware of this.

    This seems to be related to WOOcommerce plugin, because disabling this plugin solves the issue.

    Thing is I NEED woocommerce active on the site. could you help me on this?

    These are all the active plugins, all updated to latest versions.

    Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, WooCommerce and Akismet, and clearing all cache data.

    Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

    I fear switching the theme I may loose the web format and or contents and configurations. deactivating woocommerce restores the sent confirmations, although I need it active.

    I may try this after backing the web up in case it causes a major issue in the web.
