    Hi there!

Thanks for sharing that there is a conflict between WooPayments and Abandoned Cart Reports For WooCommerce.

I understand that being passed between our support and their support can be somewhat frustrating.

While we strive to ensure that WooCommerce plugins work seamlessly with other products, our scope of support does not include full compatibility with third-party plugins.

The compatibility between a WooCommerce plugin and a third-party plugin falls under the responsibility of the third-party plugin’s support team. It’s important to reach out to them, as they have the knowledge and resources necessary to address any compatibility concerns with their own product.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and are here for any WooCommerce-related queries you may have in the future.

On the other hand, we would like to suggest using AutomateWoo instead as it’s completely compatible with WooPayments (And compatibilities issues are our responsibility). With AutomateWoo, not only will you be able to have a report on abandoned carts, but you can also send them emails to recover those lost sales.

    How does that sound?

    Hey…
Thanks for your prompt reply and the explanation.
Yes, sounds great and I understood the concept now. I absolutely agreed with you.

Anyway, I already reported to them at the same time.

    Best regards.
