Conflict between Autoptimize & FooGallery

We have recently installed Autoptimize, which dramatically improved our site’s performance overall.
However, we are also using FooGallery and our galleries won’t show up unless we deactivate Autoptimize. Same issue with the FooGallery lightbox feature, works fine unless Autoptimze is activated.
We have ‘Aggregate JS-files’ selected and the following added to the ‘Exclude Scripts’ field:
foogallery.min.js, plugin /foogallery, plugins/foobox-image-lightboxOur galleries are still not showing up.
