• I don’t understand why but when I activate nextgen (<picture>) in Imagify plugin, some photos in the galleries of the Modula plugin, are not displayed correctly (the resolution, square images stay square and are not extended). Can you tell me how can I do to exclude the photos in the galleries of this plugin?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @ilithio,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Please go to your dashboard > Settings > Imagify > and scroll to the “Optimization Webp format” section > uncheck the options to convert images to Webp.

Please let me know if it helps!

    Warmly,

    Beatrice.

No, I would like to keep this webp functionality. I installed Imagify for this very reason. How can I do? Not seen replacing Modula because I like it very much 🙁

    Hello @ilithio,

I tested this on my end but I am not able to replicate this behavior. Can you please send us a list of the plugins you use and let us know which theme you use so I can investigate further?

    Warmly,

    Beatrice.

I don’t think it’s a plugin problem (I have all-in-one seo, wp rocket, contact form 7, aawp amazon affiliate, ad inserter). Maybe I need to exclude the Modula plugin from the minify jss or css of WP ROCKET? Can you tell me how to do it?

Is there a possibility to disable Next-gen from some images but keep the ‘smart’ optimization?

    Hello @ilithio,

Please go to your WordPress dashboard > Settings > WP Rocket > Media > Lazyload > Exclude images or iframes > add the following code > Save changes:

    .modula-gallery .modula-items .modula-item img

Please let me know if it helps!

    Warm regards,

    Beatrice.

Thank you very much but it didn’t work. For now, I will not optimize the images that cause these problems. I will find the compromise to keep this excellent plugin. Thanks anyway for your availability!
