    Hello,

I am unsure if this is something you would be able to fix, but I use the wordpress download manager plugin: https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/

When I have your avatar plugin enabled it appears to not allow my users to upload images within the download packages of WPDM, it uses the native wordpress media library for these image uploads.

They can still attach actual “packages” which are the main download files, this part doesn’t seem to use the native wordpress media library window.

Every user apart from admin role gets: You are not allowed to attach files to this post.

Just wondered if there is any chance you may know what would cause this to happen?

    Thanks

    Hi @chickendipper

The plugin doesn’t have anything related to user permissions. It seems like there is another plugin conflicting with your WPDM plugin. I suggest you disable all the plugins except User Avatar – Reloaded and WPDM and then re-enable all the plugins one by one to identify where the issue comes from.

    Thanks
