• I’ve posted this in the W3TC forum also.

I just noticed that my CDN wasn’t working anymore through W3 Total Cache. But if I deactivated Plugin Organizer, it did. I’m not sure if the whole W3TC plugin wasn’t working, or just the CDN. But I really need to use both. Is there a way to keep Plugin Organizer from conflicting with W3TC? Has anyone else had this issue? Obviously creating a filter won’t work in this case. Thanks!

I had 0.9.3 of W3TC installed, then rolled back to 0.9.2.11 to see if that would make a difference, but it didn’t.

I don’t use W3TC or its CDN so I don’t know how it works or if it conflicts. It is probably due to a rule you have set up but I can’t test it because I don’t know what isn’t working on your site. I have seen others using W3TC that have not had problems.

Jeff, do you have any suggestions on what I should look at to see if I can fix it (even though you don’t use W3TC)?

I would suggest using a fresh install of WordPress with W3TC and plugin organizer installed. What does the cdn for W3TC do? What is not happening that should be?
