Confusing Duplicate Opt-Out Settings

Hi!
I had some difficulties activating the opt-out functionality and I think, other people might struggle with the same thing.
Currently, there are two settings labelled “enable support for user opt-out”, (see the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/jcskz5 ).
The first setting (ID “ga_optout”) is located in the “Advanced Settings” tab only, while the second setting (ID “tm_optout”) is located at the bottom of every tab on the settings page.
Naturally, I saw the second setting first but activating it didn’t output the JS code necessary for the opt-out functionality.

I think you might improve the UI here.
