 * When refreshing the site key in “Settings” > “General”, I confirm my email address
   but do not receive a link.
 * I already have another site connected with that email address, is it impossible
   to connect multiple WordPress sites with one email address?

 * There is no limit to the number of websites you can create Twitter feeds on, 
   but you are limited to one Twitter feed per website when using the Free plugin.
   When you reset the Twitter feed site key, the confirmation email may fail to 
   deliver but your site key should change. If the site key does not change, try
   refreshing it a few more times until the site key resets.
