    Hi there,
    Marketing > facebook section shows the catalog which is deleted.
    I couldn’t find a way to change catalog settings.
    Or I couldn’t disconnect and connect again. Whatever I did it is still connected.

    Hi @roadlink – sorry about the delay,

    Can you try completely reseting the catalog and connection:

    • Temporarily disable cache plugins and clear the cache
    • Reinstall and re-connect the plugin
    • Go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools, and click the Facebook: Delete all products from your Facebook Catalog button and wait for the products to be completely removed from your catalog
    • On the WooCommerce > Status > Tools page, click on FFacebook: Delete Background Sync Jobs
    • Reconnect to your page

    Hi @roadlink – just wanted to follow up and check if you are still experiencing this issue?

    If so, please reset the catalog and connection:

    • Temporarily disable cache plugins and clear the cache
    • Reinstall and re-connect the plugin
    • Go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools, and click the Facebook: Delete all products from your Facebook Catalog button and wait for the products to be completely removed from your catalog
    • On the WooCommerce > Status > Tools page, click on Facebook: Delete Background Sync Jobs
    • Reconnect to your page
