Hi @roadlink – sorry about the delay,
Can you try completely reseting the catalog and connection:
- Temporarily disable cache plugins and clear the cache
- Reinstall and re-connect the plugin
- Go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools, and click the Facebook: Delete all products from your Facebook Catalog button and wait for the products to be completely removed from your catalog
- On the WooCommerce > Status > Tools page, click on FFacebook: Delete Background Sync Jobs
- Reconnect to your page
