# Connected to old catalog

 * Hi there,
   Marketing > facebook section shows the catalog which is deleted.I couldn’t
   find a way to change catalog settings.Or I couldn’t disconnect and connect again.
   Whatever I did it is still connected.

   delay,
 * Can you try completely reseting the catalog and connection:
    - Temporarily disable cache plugins and clear the cache
    - Reinstall and re-connect the plugin
    - Go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools, and click the Facebook: Delete all products
      from your Facebook Catalog button and wait for the products to be completely
      removed from your catalog
    - On the WooCommerce > Status > Tools page, click on FFacebook: Delete Background
      Sync Jobs
    - Reconnect to your page

   follow up and check if you are still experiencing this issue?
 * If so, please reset the catalog and connection:
    - Temporarily disable cache plugins and clear the cache
    - Reinstall and re-connect the plugin
    - Go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools, and click the **Facebook: Delete all products
      from your Facebook Catalog** button and wait for the products to be completely
      removed from your catalog
    - On the WooCommerce > Status > Tools page, click on **Facebook: Delete Background
      Sync Jobs**
    - Reconnect to your page
