# Connecting Shared Pixels

 * Hi,
 * I am having trouble connecting the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin. How can I
   connect a pixel that was shared with the Business Manager that I want to connect?
   I only see the pixels that are OWNED by the Business Manager that I picked in
   the first step and I also see the pixel of my personal ad account.
 * However, for security and compliance purposes we use a shared pixel for advertising
   that is owned by a different Business Manager but was shared with our Business
   Manager.
 * Is there no way to connect shared pixels? Our Business Manager has all necessary
   rights to use and manage the pixel in question.

 * Currently, only pixels created through the Business Manager can be selected. 
   You won’t be able to connect shared pixels that weren’t created by another Business
   Manager.
