   i got the pro version.

    1. Non existent support
    2. Very buggy plugin – will list all issues if required.
 * Basically crashes website, and I paid for Pro. Uninstalled.

 * Sorry to hear you ran into trouble with the plugin. It’s been working fine for
   many users, so I’d like to understand what’s unique about your setup.
 * First, I want to mention that this forum is meant for the free version of the
   plugin. Because of that, response times might be slower, especially on weekends.
   I’m the only founder, developer, and maintainer, and I do my best to handle every
   request personally.
 * Can you confirm if this issue appears only on the pro version? Did you purchase
   the pro version without trying the free one first? That’s quite a bit unusual,
   but I still want to help figure it out.
 * Refunds are always available if needed, so please don’t worry about that. Before
   proceeding with one, I’d like to investigate the issue fully so future users 
   don’t experience the same problem.
