# Connection Error & Failed Updates

 * Hi,
 * I’m currently trying to modify the form that I have previously created, but is
   always unsuccessful.
 * It shows “Connection lost. Saving has been disabled until you’re reconnected.
   We’re backing up this post in your browser, just in case.”
 * It seems like I can’t also modify the content of the pages, even the styles.css.
   It also shows Connection Error/Failed updates, use FTP, etc.
 * Currently moved the website to troubleshooting mode, yet, I still can’t update
   my website. But, I was able to add a new page.

 * Please clarify what Ultimate Member version do you use?
    Also please make the
   conflict test and check how Ultimate Member works without 3rd-party plugins active
   and with Twenty Twenty theme active.
