 * I just installed Cleantalk and asked it to check for spam messages, but I repeatedly
   get this error message:
 * > CONNECTION_ERROR : “cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10004 milliseconds
   > with 0 bytes received”. Do you want to proceed?
 * What’s up?

 * Please, enable CURL support and allow_url_fopen in php.ini
 * If you do not know how to do this, ask your hosting provider to change PHP settings
   and show him this message.
