# Connection Problem

 * Trying to connect to facebook I get this message:
 * “Administratorrechte erforderlich
    Du bist nicht berechtigt, diese Einstellungen
   zu bearbeiten. Wende dich an den Admin des Business Managers von ******, um Zugriff
   zu erhalten.”
 * It’s not my own facebook page I’m trying to connnect to, but I got admin rights
   on my account for the facebook page. I also can access the business manager, 
   so I don’t really unterstand the problem here. Are there some restrictions if
   I’m not the original owner of the fb page? Can you help me out?

 * In Facebook, your personal and Business Manager accounts are two separate entities.
   They both belong to you, but you can’t normally use one account to manage pages,
   catalogs, or other assets that belong to other account, unless you explicitly
   grant permissions for that.
 * I apologize if you already went through these steps, but could you please [take a look at these instructions](https://www.facebook.com/business/help/183277585892925?id=420299598837059)
   and try to request access so that your Business Manager account can manage the
   Page that your personal account owns?
 * Would you please give those steps a try and let me know how it goes?
