We have tried your Feed URL http://news.kitco.com/rss/ and we are experiencing the same issue as yours.
It seems the problem is with the RSS feed itself. Please try to contact the RSS Feed Provider and ask them if they have a valid feed you can use and if it’s allowed for others to import it.
