    Dear Updraft Support,

    after I deleted all files in Dropbox I lost my connection. I tried several times to connect Updraft again with my dropbox account, but I always get the Error 400.

    It shows me the message:

    Invalid client_id: “ip74dvfml8qmy09”

    What goes wrong here?

    Hi,

    You need to update to the latest version of UpdraftPlus.

    You may then need to reauthenticate with Dropbox.

    Hi Ashley,

    I actually installed the lates version from updraft plus. It is still not working. Is there any other soluction for this error?

    Hi Steffen,

    What version of UpdraftPlus are you on?

    The latest is: 1.16.47 (free) or 2.16.47 (paid)

    It shouldn’t be possible to get that message on the latest version as that client id is no longer in the codebase.

    Can you completely remove the UpdraftPlus plugin and install the latest version fresh, your settings and backups will be safe.
