 * Hello,
 * My website is running with latest WordPress 6.2 and updated “All in one seo”
   plugin to its latest version. Post edit screen in my admin stops loading and
   when I was exploring the issue I find a below in chrome console:
 * caught (in promise) TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘
   includes’)
 * in “plugins/all-in-one-seo-pack/dist/Lite/assets/js/postContent.bb42e0a8.js”
   file.
 * After this I tried to rollback the plugin to “**4.3.5**” but the issue still
   exists and I am not able to load the post edit screen.
 * Thank you for any help.

 * Hi [@sunilch](https://wordpress.org/support/users/sunilch/),
 * Thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry for the inconvenience caused!
 * If you are still using an older version of the plugin, please update to the the
   latest version (**4.3.6.1**) and follow the troubleshooting steps below.
 * Could you please try clearing your website, server, and CDN cache, then refresh
   your page to see if the error clears and you can access the pages?
 * If you are using a plugin or server service that combines or minifies JavaScript
   files, please disable that feature or plugin and recheck the page again.
 * If you are still facing the issue, please try logging into your site using your
   browser in incognito or private mode and check for the error.
 * If the error has cleared, it may be related to a browser addon or extension.
   Please disable your addons or extensions and check your page using the normal
   browsing mode. Then enable the addon or extension one at a time to locate the
   issue.
 * If the problem persists, please check for any plugin or theme conflicts by following
   these steps:
    1. Clear all caching and deactivate any caching or performance plugins. This also
       includes server caching such as Varnish and CDNs such as Cloudflare. You’ll
       need to clear your caches after any changes you make in the steps below.
    2. Now deactivate and reactivate All in One SEO and see if this resolves the problem.
    3. Could you confirm if you also tried deactivating the theme? If not, please use
       the **Health Check & Troubleshooting** ([https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/))
       plugin to debug possible conflicts by following these steps:
 * 1. Go to **Plugins > Add New** and install and activate the **Health Check & Troubleshooting**
       plugin.
    2. Go to **Plugins > Installed Plugins** and click on **Troubleshoot** below the
       All in One SEO plugin – This will temporarily disable all the plugins and switch
       to a default theme only for your user ID without impacting what your visitors
       see.
    3. See if you’re able to reproduce the issue. If not, activate your theme and check
       again.
    4. If you’re still unable to replicate the issue, activate the plugins one by one
       and simultaneously check if the issue occurs.
    5. Once you’re done troubleshooting, deactivate and delete the **Health Check &
       Troubleshooting** plugin.

 * Hi [@wpsmort](https://wordpress.org/support/users/wpsmort/),
 * Issue has been resolved, it was due to divi theme version. I have updated divi
   theme to it’s latest version and it is fixed.
 * Thank you [@aurangajeb](https://wordpress.org/support/users/aurangajeb/) for
   your time.
