# Constant 404 Errors

 * I constantly get 404 or internal server errors when working with my site. Sometimes
   it’s when I’m editing, sometimes it’s when I’m just looking for a page within
   my site. We’ve contacted my hosting company and my site developer can’t duplicate
   the problems on his end. I’ve tried refreshing, deleting caches, using a different
   browser, I’m at a total loss and cannot get anything done with my site due to
   these issues. Any advice? Oh, my developer has disabled plugins as well.

 * Is your developer running it locally or through the same host?
 * When the plugins were disabled you still had the same problem?
 * Are you running anything like SSL everywhere in your browser that would modify
   it?
 * The 404 that is displayed is the WordPress 404 in your template or a more basic
   one?
