 * I have the following message on my wordpress admin dashboard:
 * Constant Contact Forms has experienced issues that may need addressed and functionality
   may be missing. Please enable the “Support” checkbox in the Constant Contact 
   settings and start a forum support thread. Our support team will aid with further
   steps.
 * I have enabled support and am starting this thread to receive assistance.

 * Can you please visit the newly shown “Debug Logs” menu item in the “Contact Form”
   menu area and provide the contents of the resulting textarea? It’ll hopefully
   provide some error logs that we can use to determine why the notification has
   been shown.

 * Not seeing anything definitive, so it’s possible it was a false positive. If 
   the admin notification has gone away and is staying that way as you go about 
   your website business, then I think it probably was. However, if it returns and
   is persistent, then something is definitely up worth trying to locate. So you
   know, just visiting the “Debug log” page should clear out the notification automatically.
