# Constant Contact Forms Issues

 * Hello! I’m not our normal website manager, but we got a pop-up on the website
   that says, “Constant Contact Forms has experienced issues that may need addressed
   and functionality may be missing. Please enable the “Support” checkbox under 
   the Support tab in [Constant Contact settings](https://www.greaterparkersburg.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=ctct_forms&page=ctct_options_settings_support)
   and start a [forum support thread](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/constant-contact-forms-has-experienced-issues-that-need-addressed-admin-notice/).
   Our support team will aid with further steps.”
 * The instructions seemed pretty simple, so I decided to do a form instead of contacting

 * Based on the provided error log, I believe this was from a temporary downtime
   for our API and not something amiss on the website.
