I guess it is caused by plugin function conflicts. In order to isolate and find the issue, please deactivate all the installed plugins on your website. If that resolved the issue, reactivate each plugin individually until finding the plugin that caused this problem.

As I said, I guess it caused by plugin conflicts. Please deactivate them all temporarily and reactivate them one by one in order to find out which one causes this problem.

Hi, even when activate is only Master Slider plugin. I have the same issue. This happened after update jQuery to 3.2.1 when I downgrade jQuery to 1.2.4 everything work well. But then I have issue with http://stickyjs.com

Sorry for the delay in responding.
Panel is not compatible with jQuery 3 now.
We will have a major update for Master Slider, and this will be fixed in that update. Also it will have some new features, however, it will not happen soon and we cannot say when it will be.
