 * I have downloaded the plugin BP xProfile Location. Installed and Activated.
 * I have gone to Settings, Buddypress, Options and entered in the API key. (Also,
   have Maps Javascript / Places & Geolocation enabled in Google Developer).
 * It seems to be constantly loading – any suggestions, greatly appreciate it

 * The image you shared shows fields that are NOT created by the BP xProfile Location
   plugin which only creates ONE field.
 * So some other code on your site is creating all those fields. And the loading
   issue you describe. Check your browser’s console- it probably shows a series 
   of related JavaScript errors.
