   more.

 * Are you sure the WordPress update finished fine ? Because as I see… jQuery is
   missing from /wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js or the webserver can’t access that
   folder.

 * Thank you for your fast respond! I just reinstalled WordPress 4.0 with no Effect.
   I’ve got the same problem in four other sites as well. The one with WordPress
   3.9 is working fine so far.

 * Hello,
 * Just tested (again) the contact form on WP 4.0 and works perfect. I can’t replicate
   your problem that’s why I’m pretty sure that your hosting or WordPress instalation
   has some issues.
