There are two forms (except for the search form) on the page, and neither of them is Contact Form 7. Tell us what plugin you use for the form so that we can advise you where you can get support for it.
You are right, now I have added Contact Form 7 but there is error.

to sum up I have a contact form 7 now installed on a page to contact me and I get no mails at all.

Where on the site do you have the form having the issue?
Anytime I put a block with the form to sign in except newsletter (Mailpoet is working properly).
