Contact Form 7 blocking valid emails

Hi, I have a Questionnaire created from Contact Form 7 which used to work fine until maybe 6 months ago. I email this link out to people and get them to take the questionnaire…that part still works fine. Once the form is filled out, by the respondent, an email is sent to them and one to my office. BUT, in the last 6-9 months, legitimate email addresses are being marked as Spam and no emails are sent out. It seems to be random…I might send the link out to 10 different people at the same organisation, and 40% of them will not receive an email back….
I was unaware of this until I discovered Flamingo and installed that. Now I can see that legitimate email addresses are being caught. And there is no way to release the email unfortunately.
I need some help in trying to resolve this or else I need to try a different Contact form. Help – Geoff
