@seafreight – Are you looking at the preview or on the front end of the site? The form shortcodes do not work in the preview. This is out of our control as they don’t register the shortcodes in the admin. They should work fine though on the front end of the site.
Hope this helps.
@seafreight – Hmm, that almost looks like CF7 isn’t enabled but then you would only see the contactform shortcode. Would it be possible to get temporary admin credentials? You can email them to support @ wppopupmaker.com to keep them private.
Glad to look in on what may be happening here.
yes oke. it will come now.
@seafreight – Ok looks like you copied the content of your CF7 form into the popup rather than using the [contact-form-7 id=”97″ title=”Quote Request”] shortcode.
Basically you create the form then use the forms much smaller shortcode which does all the work for you.
Looks to be working now.
You guys, seriously rock.
Thank you superstars.
Hey entrepreneurs, you see this, this is customersupport!!!!!
@seafreight – Awesome! Happy I could help you out. Btw, If you have a moment, I would very much appreciate if you could quickly rate the plugin, just to help us spread the word.
Hi,
Did that already my friend.
Thanks again,
Amro
Within the Popup I have a contact form Contact Form 7 and would like to load another page -within the same popup- when they have sent the message …. how I can do?
@bikutoru – That would be something CF7 support may have an answer for. The thank you message etc is controlled by their plugin. As fart as loading the page in a popup I would recommend asking them how you can return html instead of the typical thank you message and then return an iframe with the page you want.
A custom solution could be possible but you would likely need to look into our priority support so that we can custom craft a solution for you.
Hope this helps.
@bikutoru – Not a problem. Please take a moment to rate and review the plugin and or support.
