# Contacting WordPress

 * Is there anyway that I can contect wordpress for technical support? I have been
   having login problems that could not be resolved. I’ve tried everything (I think)
   and I need to have other users able to access my site. Only the “admin” user 
   can login successfully. All the rest get the error message “incorrect password”
   when they try to login with their correct username/password combo.

   there a specific contact for support. These forums are managed by volunteers,
   so give as much information as possible, and someone will eventually be able

 * The best informatin that I can give is that I have downloaded the newest version
   of WordPress. Everything installed fine, I began creating my site with a nice
   theme and am extremely happy with it. However, when I started to create other
   user accounts for my friends to also post on the site I came to problem. None
   of the accounts that I create can log in successfully. Each time it says “incorrect
   password” however it recognizes the user name. So at first I tried the “forgot
   password” link and had the new password for each account sent to their email 
   addresses. Login attempts with these new passwords failed as well. Then I came
   across the phpmyadmin option, I followed the directions step by step but the 
   new password which I assign there does not work either. My hosting provider is
   totalchoicehosting.com and other people use word press there and do not have 
   any problems. If anyone thinks they can help me please respond or email me at

 * Are the users putting the exact user name in? Because just for fun I just created
   a new user and password and tried it, username Mindy2, which did not work when
   I tried mindy2, and even tho the username was wrong , it still told me the password
   was wrong. Just a thought!

 * I feel like such an idiot, they weren’t using the proper casing for their usernames!!!
   Thank you so much for that idea, this was driving me crazy!
