Hi! We’ve been using Content Calendar for a while now and it worked well, but starting from this year it is somehow stuck. Button “Today” doesn’t scroll to today’s week and if i switch to correct week with “>>” button it doesn’t stay after i refresh the page. Now I need to show more weeks in “Period” otherwise actual week goes out of view. Other functionality seems to work fine.

Browser inspector shows this error from load-scripts.php: “Layout was forced before the page was fully loaded. If stylesheets are not yet loaded this may cause a flash of unstyled content.”

Where should I look and what should I do to try to fix this problem?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @krizdabz

    Thanks for using our plugin.

Can you please let me know what PublishPress Planner version you are using?

    Thanks,

At the moment we are using version 4.6.0 of this plugin, but I’ve tried other older versions as well and nothing changed. Something broke around the start of this year.

Also I’ve tried disabling plugins to see if any of them interferes with PublishPress Planner plugin, but didn’t see improvements.

As we are using Redis, I’ve also tried turning it off, but also that didn’t improve the situation.

@krizdabz In the browser console, does it pointing an error from our specific plugin file?

    (@krizdabz)

Actually no. It points only to this file: https://kursors.lv/wp-admin/load-scripts.php?c=0&load%5Bchunk_0%5D=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils,wp-hooks&ver=6.7.1

Now I also see that this error shows up in other Dashboard pages, but still they seem to work OK.

@krizdabz We haven’t seen this issue anywhere.

Do you mind to spin up new WordPress installation and see if the issue happens there? You could use tastewp.com or instawp.com to easily spin up new WordPress installation.

If you haven’t seen this issue before, it most probably means that this is something to do only with our blog. If you have any ideas on how can i try to solve this problem, I would be grateful for your answer.

I’ve tried reinstalling the plugin (also older versions), I’ve tried disabling other plugins, I’ve tried disabling Redis, but nothing works so far. I still have couple of weeks left in Period drop-down box and if I don’t succeed, I will not be able to see new articles.

So any help will be appreciated. Other than that, fantastic plugin that really helps to manage such multi author blogs like ours.

@krizdabz Do you mind try to install fresh WordPress installation on your server? Does the same issue happens there?

If yes, then this is a server issue, so we could focus more on your server spec and what’s wrong.

If not, then this is a site specific issue, only happens on your site, so we could dig more on your site.

This step will be crucial as it will help us which one is causing it.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved. If you have any further questions, please reply again here, or you can start a new thread.

    Thanks,
