This is an opportunity for seasoned female leaders in hospitality to learn practical strategies for confidently navigating complex negotiations, managing difficult conversations, and delivering impactful presentations in a variety of settings.

Instead of thinking about what you wish you had said or done, you’ll review the actionable strategies you implemented that advanced your career and achieved your goals.

The Intention:

Interact with your leadership peers in hospitality who have similar goals in an intimate environment. The group will be limited to 7 women. It’s designed for high-touch and high-quality connections. The intent is to build authentic and supportive relationships in a community where you feel safe to share your challenges, and where we practice to see real habit change through simple strategies that work.

- Six, 90-minute group sessions over the course of three months
- Unlimited coaching in between sessions via voice access (using the Voxer app) and email coaching to the group and to Lori/Karen individually
