Content in hamburger menu disappeared

    I have similar issue than (@carriecochran) a few years earlier:

    I installed Neve last week to make my website more mobile friendly, and at first, it worked great. However, I looked at my mobile site today, and the menu is now blank. I have set the colors, correct menu, adjusted width, etc. But whenever I click the hamburger icon, the menu slider is completely blank. The only thing that “clicks” is an invisible square block that just reloads the home page. On my blog page, the hamburger icon doesn’t even pull out the menu anymore. Help!

    It seems that problem appeared after updating WordPress and PHP-version. Could you please help me?

    Ok. My current version seems to be v4.1.3. Stupid question then: how can I update it?

    Hi @anttolanurheilijat ,

    Sorry for the late response.

    Seems like you have the latest version of Neve. Here are some steps to check:

    Check if the menu is actually assigned

    1. In WordPress Dashboard → Appearance → Menus → Manage Locations
      Make sure your Primary Menu is assigned in the Mobile Menu or Primary Menu location.
      Sometimes after an update, the menu location assignment resets.

    Clear caches

    1. Clear your browser cache or check in Incognito Mode.
    2. If you use a CDN (Cloudflare), purge the cache there too.

    Test with all plugins disabled

    Hi! Thank you a lot. The website works again. There was a plugin named as LiteSpeed Cache, which caused the problem this time.
