 * I am trying to use the Content Readability Analysis function, however when I
click the eye to “mark results in the text,” nothing is highlighted in the text.(
even though the bullet is red). Does anyone know how to fix this?

 * I am also having exactly this issue. Everything else is working. I just updated
everything, and I am using the Divi theme by Elegant Themes. WordPress and the
theme are functioning correctly and so is the Yoast except for this one bug.
   Seems strange.

 * Sometimes strange behavior may be caused by a plugin or theme conflict. The fastest
way to rule out conflicts is to deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to
a standard theme like [Twenty Sixteen](https://wordpress.org/themes/twentysixteen/).
If this resolves the issue, you have a conflict and should activate one plugin
at a time until you locate the conflict. Finally, after all plugins are active,
switch to your theme. This will narrow down the conflict to a specific plugin
   or a theme conflict.
 * If you are unfamiliar with checking for conflicts, we wrote a small guide that
will walk you through the steps. You can find it here: [How To Check For Plugin Conflicts](https://kb.yoast.com/kb/how-to-check-for-plugin-conflicts/#utm_source=support&utm_medium=forum&utm_campaign=support-link)

 * I too have the same problem. I followed the suggested steps above (deactivated
all non-Yoast plugins, and then switch to theme Twenty Sixteen. Not only did
the highlighted areas appear when using Twenty Sixteen, but I also received different
   data results.
 * Theme Twenty Sixteen indicated I had 7.8% of sentences with a transition, but
Divi indicated I had 27% of my sentences with a transition! I’m pretty sure the
   problem lies on Divi’s side.

 * I have divi and noticed the same issue- did anyone find a solution?

 * I too have this problem, except that I don’t have the Divi theme – I’m using
Storefront by WooCommerce. My concern is that this isn’t accurately representing
problems on my live site… has anyone at Yoast seen this before?
 * UPDATE:
15 minutes after posting this originally, I tried switching my visual
composer plugin (I currently use [visual composer](https://vc.wpbakery.com/))
to “classic mode”, or basically plain text mode. When I clicked the “mark results
in the text” again, the text is highlighted in purple! So it’s not about a conflict
with the plugins (at least for me), it’s about using a visual composer or WYSIWYG
editor in plain text mode. [@jumpstar17](https://wordpress.org/support/users/jumpstar17/),
[@starr15](https://wordpress.org/support/users/starr15/), try that if you have
a visual editor plugin active. It might not be a conflict after all.

 * Thanks Marshall, I just tested this and still nothing so must not like Divi,
i have asked in the elegant themes forum and hopefully they get back to me soon.
