Content Review Emails

Hey guys.

I am working on a rather large corporate site that has many sections/pages that are dedicated to particular departments within the company.

I am looking for a Plugin that would automatically(or preferably manually) send out an email to the departments heads. However, rather than just sending to all the department heads, it would be nice if their was a way to manually select which department heads receive the email.

Does anyone know of a plugin that could accomplish this?
